The project, which is implemented in partnership with Hasan Kalyoncu University, works on empowering Syrian youth in post-secondary age and higher education (aged between18 and 32) as well as vulnerable youth from host communities in Şanlıurfa, Hatay, Kilis and Gaziantep in Turkey.
Main goal is building youth own career path through fulfilling their educational needs, designing and provision of required innovative educational support and career mentoring activities.
The project provides trainings to 100 male and female youth enabling them to continue higher education and/ or career mentoring for 960 students to enhance their employability and careers. The trainings include not only traditional lectures but also interactive web portal, social media and training activities, i.e. flexible learning.
